1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of humlogjobs.com and the HumLogJobs Android application (together, the "Platform"), operated by Parallel Platform Private Limited (CIN: U74999UP2021PTC140665). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be between 18 and 60 years of age to create an account.
• Every account is created and verified via mobile number and a 4-digit OTP — no passwords are used.
• You are responsible for keeping your registered mobile number and device secure, and for all activity under your account.
• HumLogJobs is for individual (B2C) use only — accounts are created by and for individuals, not on behalf of a company.
• You may not impersonate any other person or provide false information in your profile.

3. JobSeeker and Hirer roles

After completing your profile, you choose to use the Platform as a JobSeeker or a Hirer. Each role has its own features, as described on our homepage. HumLogJobs facilitates connections between jobseekers and hirers but does not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, or the accuracy of any profile, post or message shared by users.

4. Community content & conduct

• Hirers may post text, image, video, poll or questionnaire content to the Community feed; all such posts are subject to AI-based moderation before publication.
• Content that is illegal, political, discriminatory, sexually explicit, fraudulent or misleading is not permitted and may be removed without notice.
• A hirer's posts are visible only to jobseekers, and are not visible to other hirers on the Platform.
• Jobseekers may express interest in a post using the Interested action; this notifies the relevant hirer and contributes to their post analytics.
• We may suspend or remove any account or content that violates these terms, at our discretion.

5. Learning modules & badges

Verified Learner and verified Hirer badges are awarded on completion of learning modules made available on the Platform. Badges reflect completion of our learning content and are not a certification, guarantee or warranty of skill, employability, or hiring outcomes.

6. Fees, boosts & monetisation

Core use of HumLogJobs — creating a profile, browsing the Community feed, posting, and using Jobs/Hirings — is free. We may introduce optional paid features over time, such as boosted visibility for a post or profile, or premium image post templates. Where paid features exist, pricing and applicable terms will be shown before purchase. Amounts paid for optional boosts or promotional features are generally non-refundable once the feature has been activated, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

The HumLogJobs name, logo, app design and platform content are the property of Parallel Platform Private Limited and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a licence to display it on the Platform as intended by its features (for example, showing a hirer's post on the Community feed).

8. Limitation of liability

HumLogJobs is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Parallel Platform Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of opportunity, data, or any outcome (or lack of outcome) from a connection made through the Platform.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Platform or request account deletion at any time from within the app or by writing to us. We may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these terms or applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Please check this page periodically.
