HumLogJobs is a brand owned and operated by Parallel Platform Private Limited (CIN: U74999UP2021PTC140665), registered in Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy applies to humlogjobs.com and the HumLogJobs Android application (together, the "Platform").

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, including:

• Your mobile number, used to sign you in via a 4-digit OTP — we never ask for a password.
• Profile details: name, gender, education level, date of birth, home location and current location.
• Your current location (via device GPS), used to connect you with relevant opportunities or candidates nearby.
• Content you create or interact with — posts, Interested taps, learning progress, messages and hiring selections.
• Basic technical information such as device type, app version and general usage patterns, used to keep the app working reliably.

3. How we use your information

• To create and maintain your profile and JobSeeker or Hirer experience.
• To connect jobseekers and hirers relevant to each other, including through location-based matching.
• To operate the Community feed, Learning modules, verified badges and Jobs/Hirings tabs.
• To run AI-based moderation on hirer posts before they appear on the Community feed.
• To keep the Platform secure, prevent misuse, and improve our features over time.
• To communicate with you about your account, OTPs, and important updates.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. Limited information is shared only in these situations:

• Your profile and Interested taps are shared with the relevant hirer, and a hirer's handpicked Hiring selections are shared with the relevant jobseeker — this is the core purpose of the Platform.
• With service providers who help us run the Platform (such as hosting, messaging/OTP delivery, and AI moderation), under confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, court order, or a government or regulatory authority.
• To protect the safety, rights or property of HumLogJobs, our users, or the public.

A hirer's posts and account activity are never shown to other hirers on the Platform.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and business requirements. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time, as described below.

6. Your choices & rights

• You can review and update your profile information from within the app at any time.
• You can change your language preference (English, Hindi or Hinglish) from Settings.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to us at the contact below.
• Deleting your account will deactivate your profile and remove your visibility from the Community, Jobs and Hirings tabs; some information may be retained where required for legal or record-keeping purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including encrypted transmission of data — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we encourage you to keep your registered mobile number and device secure at all times.

8. Age & eligibility

HumLogJobs is intended for individuals aged 18 to 60. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone outside this age range.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
